Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders of over $99 will ship free of charge within the continental United States.

All orders placed by 3 pm will ship by the end of the next business day.

Orders that are under $99 will incur a $10 shipping fee.

Please allow 2-10 days for packages to arrive. Deliveries may be delayed during weather events and especially during busy shipping times like holidays.

Under certain circumstances, picking up equipment at a physical retail location may also be an option if you live in the Pacific Northwest. Please call prior to placing your order if you would like to pick up rather than have your order shipped.

Return Policy

Warranty Returns: If the product you have purchased needs to be returned due to a manufacturer defect, Performance CPAP Express will exchange the product for an item of equal or lesser value. All claims of manufacturer defect must be made within 45 days of the initial order. In the unlikely event your product is defective, you will need to contact Performance CPAP Express for a Return Authorization. Once a Return Authorization is issued, you may return your product by mailing it to:

I ordered the wrong item or size: Performance CPAP Express will exchange any items ordered in error for an item of equal or lesser value. Shipping, in this case, is the responsibility of the customer. You can only exchange items that have not been opened. If you have any questions or concerns about the type of mask or size you need, please reach out to Performance CPAP Express via email or phone prior to placing your order.

Returning Your Order: If you decide to return your order all items must be unopened and are in salable condition. No credit or refund will be issued for items returned after 30 days from purchase date, or for items that are not in a salable condition.

Out of Stock Policy

Please keep in mind when you order our stock fluctuates throughout the day. If we are out of stock, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect back on your card.
